Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items, customised products, or altered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Intimate wear, accessories, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share the return instructions within 24–48 hours.
Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested variant is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
If the item fails inspection (signs of use, missing tags, damage not caused during shipping), the return will be rejected and the product shipped back to you.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking): refund is credited back to the same account/card.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: refund is issued via bank transfer — you will be asked to provide your bank details.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product sent by us.
Partial refunds may apply if only some items from an order are returned.
Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are treated as returns — standard return and refund policy applies.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
