Guidelines for cancelling your order before or after dispatch.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.
You may refuse delivery or initiate a return once delivered — standard return and refund policy applies.
Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking): refund is credited back to the same account/card within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: no charge is applied since payment was not collected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if the order was already dispatched before cancellation.
If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before dispatch.
The refund will be for the cancelled item(s) only; remaining items will be delivered as scheduled.
